Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

This website is operated by Lyntcube. For any privacy question or request, email contact@lyntcube.com.

2. Visiting the website

The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. To show you a page and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare briefly processes your IP address, the page requested, the time, and browser and device information (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this to identify you.

3. Analytics (PostHog)

We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to see how the site is used. Nothing is stored on your device and nothing is sent before you choose in the cookie banner. If you accept, PostHog uses a cookie to recognise repeat visits and records page views, clicks and, where enabled, session replays with all form inputs hidden (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). If you decline, visits are only counted anonymously, without cookies (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

4. Booking a demo

When you book a demo, you confirm the appointment in Calendly's booking window, which opens on our page. The details you enter (name, email, company, notes and the time you pick) are passed to Calendly, which creates the appointment and sends the confirmation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Calendly may set cookies needed for its booking window. If the form uses a bot check, it is Cloudflare Turnstile, which does not set tracking cookies (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Newsletter

If you subscribe, your email address is stored with Kit (ConvertKit) to send you the newsletter (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Every email contains an unsubscribe link.

6. Cookies and storage on your device

• NEXT_LOCALE (cookie, 12 months): the language you picked with the EN/DE switch.
• __ph_opt_in_out_… (local storage): your cookie-banner choice.
• ph_…_posthog (cookie, up to 12 months): analytics, only after you accept.
• lc_attribution (session storage, until you close the tab): which campaign brought you here, only after you accept.

Fonts are served from our own domain. We use no advertising cookies.

7. Who receives data

Only the services named above, each under a data processing agreement: Cloudflare, PostHog, Calendly and Kit. Cloudflare, Calendly and Kit are US companies; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell personal data.

8. How long we keep data

Only as long as needed: demo requests up to 24 months after our last contact, newsletter data until you unsubscribe, analytics data up to 24 months.

9. Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or transfer of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw any consent at any time (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Email contact@lyntcube.com. You can also complain to any data protection authority in the EU.
